Looking at my pre-op photos, I really had no natural breast tissue compared with other people lol On top of that, maybe because I swam for a long time since I was young, my shoulders were broad, and since I had no breasts, I started hating how I just looked like a man I had been worrying about it since my teens, and now that I’m an adult and actually looked into getting it done, there was so much to know and so much to think about.. But once I actually went around to clinics and got consultations, I started thinking I should do it sooner instead After thinking about it for a long time, I had surgery at Dite! I did both online research and in-person consultations, and this was the first place that started the consultation by talking about my body shape, so I was like, “Oh~” Then during the consultation with the director, he checked everything carefully and clearly told me things like I didn’t need unnecessary procedures and that they weren’t necessary, which I liked -Surgery day, days 1-2 On the day of surgery, my surgery was at 12, so I had to be there by 10, but I was 30 minutes late because of traffic.. Everyone, make sure you account for traffic too So I feel like everything went by in a rush, doing the design, taking photos, and all that I was worried about general anesthesia, but as soon as I lay down on the operating table, they held my hand and reassured me, saying I might feel a little dizzy, and the moment my head spun, I passed out lol Then someone woke me up, and my chest felt heavy. I understood what people meant in reviews when they said their throat hurt and they felt cold The nurse asked if I was okay, and when I said I was cold, she put warm air under the blanket, but I was still cold, so my jaw was trembling.. But in my head I was like, uh.. I’m not supposed to tense my chest lol but because I was cold, I kept tensing up lol Anyway, they brought me water and sweet pumpkin porridge too, and the sweet pumpkin porridge was tasty, so I memorized the brand and ordered it to eat later After I moved to the recovery room, while my guardian went to pick up my medicine, the director came in and explained what my body was like during surgery, what he did, and everything, and said the surgery went well, so I felt relieved Then I went home, ate something tasty, took my medicine, and slept. I just lay down and slept right away, but it really felt heavy. It felt like sleeping with a heavy pillow constantly placed on top of my chest Days 1-2, the day before, the hospital had worried me by saying it might hurt more when I woke up in the morning, but it was just heaviness..? Ah, it only hurt when I lay down or got up because I had to use strength then? The pain just felt like having muscle soreness all over your body the day after playing in water, except only in the chest And it just felt like something heavy was continuously pressing down on my chest, so I think I stayed sitting most of the time I came out wearing an abdominal binder because of hemostasis, but it was hard to breathe, so I just didn’t move and only sat there watching TV On day 2, I went to the hospital to have the abdominal binder and bandages removed, and saw my breasts for the first time^-^ I also did hyperbaric oxygen therapy? and got laser treatment I saw the director again, asked things I was curious about, and learned how to wear the surgical bra and upper band, and how to stretch It wasn’t completely painless, but it also wasn’t extremely painful? So maybe this counts as painless.. I also started stretching right away -Days 3-4 I still had muscle soreness, but it wasn’t as bad as the first day, so I was relieved. They still felt very firm to the touch, and only the right side had tingling like an electric shock They said it was the nerves coming back, so I thought, ah.. my body is working hard The upper band was so itchy that I lived with cotton tucked in, then I wore a sleeveless top over the surgical bra and put the upper band on, and it became bearable It was hot during the day, so I went for walks after sunset, and on day 4, I even did laundry and washed my hair with my head bent down! -Days 5-7 After my vacation ended, I went back to work, and rather than the pain, I was worried my rocket-launching chest would be noticeable, so as soon as I got to the office, I put on a boxy hoodie and just sat there until I left Still, maybe because I moved around after going to work, I feel like a lot of the swelling went down On day 6, I went to the hospital to have the stitches removed and received aftercare. I was allowed to shower, and after getting aftercare, I feel like the texture improved a little, The swelling is going down unevenly, so I’m just thinking one side must have gone down more than the other~ I got Motiva Demi, 320 on the left and 360 on the right, subfascial!
