The epicanthoplasty I’d been waiting for..... Photos come out different now ~! ^^

Hello. ^^ I had epicanthoplasty,, The surgery seemed simpler than I expected, since it was only a canthoplasty. First of all, there was no pain during the surgery, though the anesthetic was a little painful. And after surgery, managing the stitches was important. I had to apply ice packs around the surgical area frequently and disinfect it with antiseptic. My left eye is on the sensitive side, so it hurt a bit more than my right eye, but it was tolerable. The swelling went down noticeably day by day. I already had double eyelids, but whenever I saw friends with open, refreshing-looking eyes, I always wanted epicanthoplasty ~ There was a limit to covering it with makeup The not-so-good-looking photo right after surgery^^; that photo is from immediately after surgery, so please just take it as it is. But even the front-view photo right after surgery;; I was so curious how my side profile would look, so I took a photo, and the way it photographed was different from before!! Others may not notice it, but if you look at the side photo, the front part looks more open and pointed, prettier than before. ^^ For about the first 2 days, it seemed quite swollen, but after that it went down noticeably day by day. However, for 1-2 days it was hard to sleep almost sitting up with my back straight, and until the day the remaining stitches were removed, it was important to keep my neck elevated. For me, removing the stitches actually hurt more than the surgery, but it wasn’t painful to the point that I couldn’t bear it. And I had bruising that was a bit blue, but I could see that also fading day by day. Lastly, here’s a photo after a few days, when it got a bit better. It has been one week since surgery, and with makeup on, there’s no sign at all that I had surgery, which is nice. ^^ Under my eyes is still a little bit firm, so I think I need to be careful. There’s almost no pain, and it turned out natural, so I’m very satisfied. ^^ I’ve lost a bit of weight lately, so my face looks a little gaunt in the photos. Please just look at the epicanthoplasty area I hope it looks well done to others too. ^^ Next time I’ll put on some makeup and upload again with photos where I don’t look so gaunt.
