It's been a little over a month now Please take a look. Did it turn out pretty? Leaving aside that my nasal bridge was low, my alar base was too wide and my columella hung down, so that's why I had the surgery.. I had alar reduction, nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage, and silicone nasal bridge augmentation.. At first, I had repeatedly stressed that I didn't want my bridge raised too much, and after surgery, when the splint came off, I was completely satisfied with my slimmed-down alar base.. But after a month, I'm getting greedy Like, maybe I should have raised it a bit more... They said the highest raised part was 4.5 mm. Then about how much of an increase is that? Ah... now this nose feels like it was originally mine... I guess that's why I'm getting greedy.. hehe Even my family, who were totally against surgery, all say it looks pretty and that it was good I did it, but I'm the only one getting greedy..
