It’s hard to find a clinic whose aesthetic sense matches mine, and especially when I think one seems okay, then some review photos make me go, huh...?.. I’ve now been to two places, and at first I wanted: 1. A single-doctor clinic 2. A certain level of aftercare 3. A closed rhinoplasty approach (but I’d consider open if aftercare includes laser treatment) 4. A place that doesn’t use costal cartilage But now I’m like, it doesn’t have to be a single-doctor clinic... let’s just do open rhinoplasty... Since it’s my nose, it’s natural to want a lot, so why am I holding myself back?.. Ah, this is really hard
