Question about removal surgery;;

Hello. It has been 2 weeks since I had rhinoplasty. At first, I went up on the operating table without much thought, just thinking I would become prettier by getting rhinoplasty.. My nose had a slight bulbous-nose tendency, my glabella was low, but my nasal tip was somewhat on the higher side. So for the nose surgery, I raised the nasal bridge by 3 mm with silicone. I raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage, lengthened the nose with septal cartilage, and had nostril-base reduction. Overall, I had major work done on my nose.. After finishing such a difficult cosmetic surgery, maybe because of swelling, I still don’t really like the post-surgery appearance that much, but still, there are no side effects, and day by day the swelling is going down and the nose is gradually settling. But as time passes, living day to day has become hard because of side effects that may occur after nose surgery.. While reading many posts, I saw posts about capsular contracture that appears 1 year or more after cosmetic surgery, or deformity of the nose shape, etc.. Posts about side effects that are fine now but occur over time. Thinking that someday they could happen to me too makes me so afraid and scared. Every day I dream of going back to how I looked before surgery and wake up.. I am always missing my pre-surgery appearance. I don’t think I can live with this fearful feeling all the time, so I decided to have removal surgery. However, because I had overall nose surgery, I don’t expect it to return 100 percent to my original nose shape, but still, I cannot keep living with this anxious feeling like now.. And my biggest worry is that they must have built a support strut in the nasal tip with septal cartilage, and if that is removed, since septal cartilage was harvested from inside the nose and there is a hole there, as time gradually passes, the surrounding septal cartilage may shift, causing the nasal tip to turn upward, I heard.. I have not asked a specialist about this yet, so it is not certain, but I do think it sounds somewhat plausible... So currently I am in a dilemma where I cannot have removal surgery and also cannot keep living like this.. Here in this community, to those who have had silicone and septal cartilage removed like me, after removal, did you actually have symptoms such as the nose turning upward or the nose shape becoming deformed....... And please post some reviews of removal surgery...
