Nose day 4, eyes after one month.. [I took the photos down]

First, the nose... Ear cartilage, septal cartilage + a thin layer of silicone is what they said they placed. I had it done with an open approach. On the second day, the swelling was huge; the bridge between my eyes looked like an elephant, and my philtrum swelled up enough to rival a monkey, but now it’s almost gone down. There is still a lot of swelling between the eyebrows, so it looks a bit high, but they said that area goes down the latest, so I’m going to wait and see. And my ear and nose don’t hurt at all! It still feels slightly painful if I touch it, and they said my mother’s friend’s daughter said it hurt so much she could die, but mine doesn’t hurt at all *-_-* Right now, honestly, I feel like I’m going to die because I want to pick my nose; As for the photos, my skin is dirty (;;)<- It’s already the 4th day that I haven’t been able to wash, so the oil is flowing I only adjusted the brightness a little and didn’t retouch them.. The tape is completely soaked with oil too I’m an oil factory, so I’m going crazy haha And for privacy protection(?), I covered my mouth. Please understand lol Also,,, to show a dramatic change, I’m including ugly before photos too;; Even I feel embarrassed looking at them.. What to do about those eyes.. For the double eyelids, I had medial + lateral canthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery, and it seems to have been over a month. Almost all the swelling has gone down. They are in-out folds, I had both my nose and eyes done at the same hospital, one month apart^^ I’m going tomorrow to get the stitches removed~
