The stitches have been removed, but the white thread is said to be dissolvable stitches.. If I look inside the nostril opening, there are two white threads sticking out on both sides.. They are not that long, but long enough to be clearly visible by eye.. Of course they will dissolve and fall out someday, but for now they are so visible that they are annoying When do these dissolve?>? How did you all deal with it???
