Before the nose surgery, I already had a tiny bit of a bulbous-nose look.. but it wasn’t noticeable enough to stand out Even when I went to consultations.. they said it wasn’t at the level that needed bulbous-nose surgery At every hospital, they never brought up that surgery But.. after the nose surgery, my nose became.. completely huge.. Like a bulbous nose.. It looks like a man’s nose It means my nose got way bigger than before surgery.. When I look in the mirror now.. all I can see is my nose.. Is this because of swelling? When the swelling goes down.. how does the nose shape change? They say it becomes slimmer.. What does “slimmer” even mean?
