I can’t believe this happened to me

Hello everyone, I’m posting because I’d like some advice. I had nose surgery, but the nasal tip drooped and because the nasal tip couldn’t keep up with the nasal bridge, my side profile looked really bad. Still, I didn’t want to go back to the hospital where I had the first surgery. Even when I posted on the board after surgery, there was no answer, and they were so careless before and after surgery that I decided I would never go back. For revision surgery consultations, I went to (0&0, ㅇㄹ, 101, ㅇㅇㅌ, ㅌㅋㄹㅅ). Almost all of them said my nasal tip is drooping a lot now and recommended revision surgery. At only one place, ㅇㄹ, they asked whether I had contacted the first hospital, and said the hospital that did the first surgery would know my condition best, and even if I had revision surgery, they would only know the condition after opening it up. And they said that even if I definitely had revision surgery, it could get better than now but it could also get worse, and in that moment I got choked up. To be honest, I hadn’t even thought about revision surgery. I was also grateful that they spoke honestly. They told me to talk to the first hospital, and if it didn’t work out, to come back. So somehow, I decided to go to the hospital where I had my first surgery, almost 1 year later. Right before the first surgery, they had explained to me that they would use silicone, a septal cartilage support, and ear cartilage. But when I went back to the hospital where I had surgery, they said it wasn’t a septal cartilage support, but that they had used Permacol for the support or tied it. I confronted them, asking why they didn’t tell me when they had said they would use septal cartilage. I was truly dumbfounded. I had heard that sometimes materials are used without telling the patient, but I really never imagined something this absurd would happen to me. At first they said something like, “We may not have told you,” and later when I argued that it was the patient’s right to know, they apologized and asked what I wanted them to do. I was so angry that I told them to redo the surgery. I’ve heard of Permacol, but honestly even when I search, there isn’t much information, and I haven’t heard of many hospitals that use it. Now I understand why my nose became so red after the first surgery, as if it were inflamed. What would you do if you were me? My friend says they 100% intentionally didn’t tell me because they were worried a problem might arise. Please give me some advice,,
