I asked them to make it pretty without anyone noticing.. But sometimes people ask if I had my nose done.. gasp.. According to my friend.. it’s just because my nose is pretty.. and these days almost everyone gets nose surgery.. so people just say that casually.. oh dear.. I just feel caught out.. so I end up glossing over it.. I don’t have a boyfriend now, but even if I get one, I want to keep it a secret.. Does it look obvious?
