I had a bulbous nose, so in July this year I lifted the tip of my nose, but my nostrils looked way too big. So in mid-August I had alar reduction surgery with incisions to make them smaller. It’s been two and a half months, but it’s honestly terrible. The scars have become raised scars in several spots, and there are scars that are clearly very severe at a glance. Also, I can’t even tell whether it was reduced because it still looks spread out like a pig nose,,, So I found a new place and went to a plastic surgery clinic in Apgujeong, ㅂㅅㅇ, for a consultation about my alar area. They told me that revision surgery is possible after 6 months, and that if they cut and stitch it again, the wound would be much better than it is now. But in my opinion, the tissue has already been damaged a lot, so I feel like the wound would just get bigger. Does anyone have a case like mine, or has anyone had alar reduction surgery more than twice? If so, please help. I’m so frustrated (__
