I had rhinoplasty with L-shaped silicone 12 years ago, and the skin over my nasal bridge has gotten quite thin, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. But I’m very satisfied with the shape, you know? So I wonder if it’s right to get revision surgery when there’s nothing particularly uncomfortable.. But I’m also scared that if I leave it alone, the skin will eventually get thinner and the silicone might protrude.. Does L-shaped silicone eventually have to be revised? But I’m worried that if I get revision surgery for no reason, I might not like the shape or another side effect might occur.. I’m planning to use I-shaped silicone with ear cartilage + septal cartilage.
