I had revision rhinoplasty at ㅍㄹㅁ Clinic. I had nasal tip surgery, and they said my nasal septum was very weak, and that because ear cartilage was used, my nose would only lift a little if they did cartilage suturing. If I had known in detail about cartilage suturing back then, I don’t think I ever would have done it… First of all, my nostrils became sharply deformed into a pinched-nose shape, and my columella is crooked and shorter than before the surgery, so I’m really stressed.
