I'm in my 20s, at the age when I should be the youngest and prettiest, but I have a body type where only my belly sticks out. No, seriously, isn't this insane?ㅡㅡ My upper body is thin, so why does only my stomach come out when I eat? I don't even know where my waist is, and I tried exercise, diet, and PT, but none of it helped at all. And my breasts were, well,, spread out sideways, so I always lived relying on pads I was worried about implants because of the foreign-body feeling, and I wondered what it would be like to put my own fat into my breasts, so I had abdominal liposuction and breast fat grafting together. While going around for consultations, what I heard most often was that with fat grafting, 100% engraftment from the first round is difficult. Still, I found it appealing that I could fill areas lacking volume with my own tissue, so I decided on fat grafting. The day after surgery, day 1, would you understand if I said it felt like my body was wrecked? My whole body was bruised, walking or getting up was hard, and because I had to wear a compression garment around the abdomen, sitting down and standing up was difficult and painful My breasts hurt less than I expected, but I was careful because I worried the grafted areas might get compressed if I lay face down, and even changing one posture had my nerves on edge to the max. A day passed with the thought that I just had to endure it. After 1 week, the pain had decreased a lot, and I could gradually go about daily life. I normally swell easily, and after surgery the swelling was quite severe, so I kept wearing it. It was so stuffy and uncomfortable I almost went crazy, but thinking back now, it helped prevent skin sagging, so I'm glad I wore it properly for the required time. By week 3, I could definitely feel that things had changed. A lot of the swelling went down, the lumpiness in the abdomen gradually loosened and softened, and my waistline appeared. Maybe because of that, the fit changed every time I wore clothes, so my self-esteem shot up. My breasts felt like the volume had decreased a bit, but the hospital explained that for 2 months it is the process of swelling going down and the fat engrafting, so I understood. When I reached week 10, I started PT without wearing the compression garment, and from then on the breast volume gradually became more natural. Since they aren't implants, the breasts aren't perky in that implant-like way, but I think you can understand it as them settling into place. Still, I was proud because my family and acquaintances told me I had lost weight and that I must be exercising hard. After 4 months, I received various aftercare treatments at the hospital, such as Bellody (radiofrequency lifting), scar laser, and cryotherapy, so the uneven marks on my abdomen almost disappeared, and when I touched my breasts, they felt like my own flesh When I had a housewarming, my high school friends came over and touched them, and they said they were soft My lower belly also went in, and because the incision was made inside the panty line, it hardly shows, and my body shape became naturally balanced with my lower body. Around week 28, when I wear leggings to work out or a fluttery dress, my body shape looks neatly arranged and my proportions look better! My weight didn't drop dramatically or anything, but because my body shape changed, my posture also improved, so it was two benefits in one. After that, when I sit in pants, my belly is flatter, so first of all it's easier to breathe, and there are fewer restrictions on what clothes I can wear. Because my body shape changed, I can confidently take side-profile photos too, my self-esteem went up, and I became more positive. The inframammary fold line is also well defined, so even without underwear the shape stays pretty, which is so comfortable You know throwing off your bra when you get home is the rule, right? I put the fat taken from my abdomen into my breasts, and I'm still living well without regrets. If there is one thing I feel is missing, it's that I want to get a second and third round too. Still, I praise myself for making that decision then haha If you're thinking about fat grafting or liposuction, start by going around for consultations. Then you'll develop an eye for it and a goal. For reference, I also had my back and accessory breast area done together, but I'll write that review separately when I have time!
