<Before surgery><Before surgery><Before surgery><1 week><1 week><1 week><Over 1 month><Over 1 month>I struggled so much with a really unattractive hooked nose, and I finally got rhinoplasty!!! I had wanted to get nose surgery with a closed approach for a long time... It wasn’t easy to make up my mind.. I had internal-open rhinoplasty at the clinic, and while I was at it, I also had a paranasal augmentation procedure done together ~~ My nasolabial folds were almost at the level of making me look sad.. so I had been worried about them, and I thought maybe I should do it together with my nose. I did them together, and.. I think I’m glad I did hahaha It’s been over a month now, and this clinic does rhinoplasty with an internal-open approach ~ They say internal-open rhinoplasty is a surgical method that allows for a bit more precision and detail than closed rhinoplasty. Should I say it feels like combining the advantages of open rhinoplasty and closed rhinoplasty?? Maybe that’s why I feel even more satisfied. The director is always kind whenever I go.. really, and all the staff members... make me feel good and so comfortable... I’m originally quite shy and easily feel awkward. I’m a total power I.. Maybe because I feel comfortable every time I go to the clinic and don’t get nervous, I think the swelling went down quickly too!! Since I had a hooked nose, they removed the hump, used silicone for the nasal bridge, lifted the nasal tip, contoured the alar wings and columella area to be more balanced than before without making it pointy, tied the nostril base area to shape it, and also inserted costal cartilage!! I told them I wanted it to look refined, not too pointy, because I think a refined look is elegant and pretty haha The consultation with the director took quite a long time. I did ask a lot of questions, but.... he explained everything I was curious about!! It kind of felt like taking a class lol It was so interesting~~~ At some point, I just got drawn into the director’s consultation and decided, I should do it here!
For about a week, it was a bit hard to laugh, I was swollen, it looked a little pointy, and I couldn’t blow my nose lol Well, that’s expected.. It was also hard because I couldn’t open my mouth wide, but if I want to become prettier, well ~~ I guess I have to put up with this much. After a week, it gets okay!!! I think it came out exactly with the refined look I wanted. I’m so satisfied..!! I’m also recommending it a lot? to people I know lol I’m so grateful to the director~ haha
