It’s exactly day 4 after the procedure now, and since it’s still early, I don’t know if there’s a dramatic change yet, but the swelling has gone down a lot compared with right after the procedure, and my arms feel a bit lighter. The bruising started coming up properly yesterday, and right now there’s almost no pain. On the first day, it really hurt so much… I’m also very sensitive to pain, so I almost cried But after the anesthesia went in, it was tolerable, and the procedure took about an hour and a half per arm. The staff kept talking to me to help me relax, so I was able to receive it more comfortably, and after it was over, they showed me the fat that was extracted, and I was surprised because there was more than I expected lol Right now I’m doing cardio exercise and diet control together! Being able to return to daily life right away definitely seems like a big advantage! They say the line becomes clearly defined after about a month, so I’m going to manage it well until then! Recovery is fast and there’s no inconvenience in daily life, so I’m quite satisfied. Totally recommend!!
