Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

3-Part Facial Contouring

I had been stressed about my cheekbones and jaw since I was young, but as I got older and lost facial fat.. I developed hollow cheeks too.. My face even became peanut-shaped, so I decided I really couldn’t go on like this and got 3-part facial contouring. My side cheekbones/45-degree cheekbones were severe, and my square jaw was also severe, but my muscles were very developed, so I also had masseter muscle reduction. My chin was also slightly recessed. My facial asymmetry was severe too, but they said that couldn’t be corrected perfectly, so I gave up on that. Since I live overseas, I had consultations via KakaoTalk for several months beforehand, booked the surgery, and had the operation as soon as I arrived in Korea. I asked them to make it as natural as possible and soften my facial line, while shaving down as much as possible within what was feasible haha When I woke up after surgery, the director told me the surgery went well and not to worry, and because it hurt so much, I kept thinking, what on earth have I done to myself.. Even in the middle of that, I touched my cheekbones and jaw to see if they had gone in a lot haha But my face was so swollen that my cheekbones looked completely smooth, so I got really excited. For about a week and a half, my face hurt so much.. I had a hard time After that, it gradually got better, and once the swelling started to go down little by little, it became bearable. It has now been a little over 8 weeks since surgery. Even at one month, I thought a lot of swelling had gone down, but looking now, I was really puffy back then. My current condition is that sensation has fully returned on the right side, but it still hasn’t returned on the left side, and my left eyebrow wouldn’t lift completely, though now it lifts about halfway at least. I guess the nerves on the left side were injured quite a lot. Sometimes, as the nerves seem to be coming back, I get numb tingling sensations and sharp stabbing sensations all over my face, and my chin is still very swollen and tight, so it feels like I have a protruding jaw. The swelling in my anterior cheeks hasn’t gone down, so it bulges above the nasolabial folds, and my jawline has sagged a lot like jowls, so I’m really worried.. They said that with time it will go down more and the skin will reattach, but seeing my face sagging in the mirror is so stressful As the swelling goes down and my face returns to being one without much fat, the cheekbone line isn’t that soft, and it feels like I went from a big peanut-shaped face to a small peanut When I searched tons of reviews, everyone looked like all their swelling was gone even in their one-month reviews and their facial lines looked totally slim, but that wasn’t the case for me I also wonder if this is the limit because my basic face shape was so uneven. And because my muscles were very developed, I even had reduction, but even now the muscles feel thick when I pinch them, so I’m upset Should I get Botox? Overall my face has become a lot smaller, so I do like that, but it feels a bit disappointing? I guess human desire really has no end They say it will improve more by 6 months to 1 year, so I’ll have to wait and see. I’ll leave another review around then!

This is a surgical review that pursues a natural-looking result.
