The Megaderm is in an overcorrected state. They raised it a lot in advance because they said it would be absorbed. But aside from the height, I don’t know if the shape is supposed to go up like this as a square pillar without any carving. Everyone, what do you think? Isn’t it usually a rounded shape? Can the angles show this clearly with no curve? It’s so narrow, but will it look natural once it absorbs? Please look at my nose photos. The nasal tip stopped halfway while going up, so the tip looks awkward. Please evaluate it. Because it drops too straight, my midface looks long and I feel like I look masculine
