After having two children and breastfeeding, my already small chest became even flatter. Two years ago, I had an autologous fat stem cell transfer, but after 6 months, it went back to its original state (I regret it so much). I asked around and found a specialized hospital in Busan, and I’ve made a consultation appointment. Since I live in Ulsan, going all the way to Busan feels overwhelming. Even massages after surgery.... So, would Cogel textured be better.. or.. smooth? The hospital says each has pros and cons.... the consultation nurse.. recommended textured. Textured costs about 1 million won more than smooth, and they said I don’t need to do much massage and that capsular contracture is less common. They said it doesn’t feel as good to the touch as smooth. Smooth is cheaper, but they said massage.. is absolutely.. basically required regularly, at least 10 sessions. They said it feels soft. Considering surgery, massages, etc. from Ulsan to Busan, would textured be better.. or.. smooth.. Please leave comments ^^ Oh.. the hospital I consulted at said they don’t use a drain.. Same-day surgery.. same-day discharge. Is that okay.. When I searched previous posts, everyone said they had.. a drain....
