I had silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip I was worried about scarring too, but alar reduction was what I wanted most so I went ahead and did it with an incisional method But it hurts so much The painkillers prescribed by the clinic aren’t working either, so even after taking two painkillers I had at home it hurts so much that I can’t sleep and I’m just like this How long will it hurt so much that I can’t sleep? I’m tired but can’t sleep, and it’s so hard Is an incisional alar reduction normally this painful? My nose is blocked, so I’m breathing through my mouth.... blood keeps going down too I really don’t think this is a surgery I could do twice
