<Before double eyelid surgery><8 days after double eyelid surgery><3 months after double eyelid surgery>Hello. I’m finally writing a review now that some time has passed since getting double eyelid surgery haha First, I had surgery from Director Lee Han-byeol at the plastic surgery clinic, and the exact procedure names were incisional double eyelid surgery + incisional ptosis correction + medial epicanthoplasty. I had these 3 done at once! To write the review in order: First, the consultation: Was there a little waiting time? I remember there was almost none. Maybe because I had been to a hospital where the waiting time was horrendous, this felt like an angel. The consultation with the director was the longest and most detailed. I wanted a very natural double eyelid with natural adhesion, around inline to in-out. But once I actually had the consultation, the director recommended incisional double eyelid surgery. I had been to consultations at a few places, but this was the first time incision was recommended, so I thought about it a lot. But throughout the consultation, the director kept setting the line several times, explained with cases, and showed confidence, so I even made a same-day reservation. Consultation right before surgery: Before surgery, I had to have the line set, so I had one more consultation. At this point, I don’t know what got into me, but since I was suddenly having surgery I got scared, so I shouted that even if it became a hidden double eyelid, it had to be natural no matter what!!... lol The director said wouldn’t that be too much of a waste, and that they understood well that my preference was naturalness, so let’s raise it just a little more and do an in-out line. That is something I’m really grateful to the director for... Surgery: It was done under sedation anesthesia. I don’t remember exactly whether it was from the middle of surgery, but from some point I had to wake up because they needed to check the line while doing it. The surgery proceeded while I was half-asleep. I think the order was probably ptosis correction -> double eyelid surgery -> medial epicanthoplasty, but when they were suturing the medial epicanthoplasty, I kept feeling a stinging sensation, so I tensed up hard (only that area bruised). Thinking about it now, it’s not like the anesthesia had completely worn off... I’m just very scared.... At another hospital too, I was told that with how scared I am, how did I even come to a hospital? After surgery, I was discharged accompanied by my guardian. Postoperative care... There wasn’t anything special. Just being careful when washing my face that day? There wasn’t anything that major, so it didn’t really stay in my memory haha From the next day, I just stood up, wore a hair cap, and washed my hair. I also uploaded photos from day 8 and 3 months after double eyelid surgery. To summarize the review overall, the director has a good aesthetic sense and was kind, so I really liked it. Above all, after surgery there was almost no bruising, and the line was made exactly as I wanted, so of course I’m satisfied haha I definitely recommend it!! If you’re thinking about it, please make sure to consider this hospital too... haha
