They say they lose weight because they can’t eat well ㅡㅡa I thought maybe this would be my chance to get into the 40-kg range, but what is this lol I feel like my appetite has gotten stronger.. I’m a meat person who can’t eat without meat, so only from the first day to the morning of the second day, when my nose was blocked, did I eat porridge. After that it has been meat meat ham meat meat all the way. I’m eating way too well But do I need to take something like scar tissue medication?? It’s day 3 now, and I don’t think the swelling is that severe, but there is a slight bruise under my eyes For medication, I’m just taking the 5 days’ worth I got from the clinic, only morning and evening Is there anything I need to control separately with food too.. Should I be careful with greasy foods Ugh, I already ate meat for 2 days straight, so I guess I need to be careful
