Successfully transformed into a more three-dimensional face after fat grafting ^^

I’m a housewife in my 30s. The first photo is before surgery, and the second photo was taken right after my 4th procedure. I’m very timid, so I had been really hesitant about getting surgery. I had no forehead volume, my nose was low, and most of all, as I got older, my cheeks became sunken and my dark circles got worse I wanted to do something, but I didn’t want implants, so while looking into various options, I ended up getting fat grafting. After surgery, I was a bit surprised because there was less pain than I expected, and I lay down in the recovery room for about 10 minutes, then got up right away and walked around. The staff told me to go lie down more, but I felt so much better than I had expected that I think I deliberately walked around more My friends and people around me don’t really realize I had surgery, but they ask why my face looks so small. I’m not sure the actual size got smaller, but as my previously flat face gained volume, it seems to make my face look smaller. What I like most is that my dark circles used to look severe because of the hollow area under my eyes, but as the hollow area filled out, the dark circles seem to have naturally disappeared too. They say my face looks radiant And they say fat doesn’t usually engraft well on the nasal bridge, but according to the doctor, the fat took well in my nose. I love how full it is right now, but I’m worried it might sink someday.. Now I’m just waiting for the day of my 5th procedure, and I believe they’ll make me even prettier then. I hadn’t been very interested in cosmetic surgery before, but now I often think this must be why people get it. I hope to keep getting lots of information from this community ^^
