My face is round but also a little wide and round, so I’m thinking of shaving the jaw. Some people say square jaw surgery doesn’t have much effect. Why is that? Is it because the hospital didn’t shave it properly? I’m thin, so I barely have cheek fat and barely any muscle. My face shape is exactly like my dad’s, so I think it’s probably 100% bone round but slightly wide... Is jaw surgery dangerous? I hear that kind of thing so much..
