For a cat-like look, lower canthoplasty is a no.. lower canthoplasty basically starts from a sad-eyed look in the first place

I think I’d be conflicted too. I heard the degree to which lower canthoplasty comes back up is kind of hit-or-miss, and maybe because of that, it seemed like a lot of people undo lower canthoplasty as an A/S revision

If this wasn’t cut with a scalpel but was tied with thread, there’s a high chance it will go back to your original eyes without doing anything special (That’s why there are many reviews saying thread-tied posterior/lower canthoplasty was a waste of money) It looks awkward because it’s right after surgery, but if you look only at the eyes, the post-op eyes do look more open and refreshed.. If it were me, I think I’d wait for now

[@Chaerry] They say lower canthoplasty is originally pulled intentionally so it looks excessive in the beginning Taking into account that the under-eye area will rise again.. Among postoperative cases, if the outer corner + lower canthoplasty is done by making an incision enough that red tissue shows in a ㄷ-shape at the eye corner, there is a high chance it won't return even with time (because the outside was completely cut) But looking at the photos, it doesn't seem like that kind of surgery.. If that L-shaped bend doesn't rise back up over time, then I think I would consider undoing it at that point I think it's a little early to worry about it now
