The side line of my nose..

Hello I had nose surgery with ear cartilage on July 8 It's still blunt and seems big.... I want revision surgery, but I have exams, so I'm putting it off.. That's not really the main point Maybe because I'm paying too much attention to my nose, there's a part that probably looks like nothing to other people, but bothers me a lot If I run my finger down my nose from between the eyebrows to the nasal tip, around the middle, a little lower, before reaching the nasal tip, it feels slightly sunken It's not a pretty half-slope nose, just kind of hollow? Not exactly hollow, but it feels indented If you look with your eyes, you only notice it when looking closely but when I slide my finger down, I can feel it dip in I might be sensitive, but because I'm thinking about revision surgery, even things that may be nothing feel really big.. Even if I tell the hospital about this, it probably won't work, right..? There probably aren't kind directors who would do it for free, right"? Ah I'm depressed.....
