MegaDerm for the nasal tip, autologous costal cartilage Hospital 1 said that replacing the silicone, placing it long, and then lifting the nasal tip would be enough, but Hospital 2 said my nasal bridge is already sufficient, and at the point where the bridge and nasal tip connect, they suggested putting in MegaDerm so there wouldn’t be a step-off. They said my nasal tip has dropped a lot, so autologous costal cartilage would probably be good. After my first surgery, there was no change in the nasal tip at all, so I’ve been going around for revision surgery consultations, but this is hard
선방햇음 I’ve been seeing MegaDerm mentioned here and there lately. Is it okay... Do they not use dermis because of absorption? I heard costal cartilage is okay for a drooping nasal tip.

멧챠쿠챠카와이 If you want to make the nasal tip definite, wouldn’t autologous costal cartilage be better after all? But I can see why you’re torn... I’d recommend doing it somewhere whose director’s postoperative photos match your taste.
