Surgery to shave only the hump without osteotomy; no implant, but is this swelling…

All of these photos are from day 9 after surgery~ Surgery details: I did not have any implant or cartilage manipulation, did not have osteotomy, and simply had surgery to smooth down the nasal dorsum area. These are post-op photos, but you can consider them almost the same as before surgery. Before surgery too, like the first photo, there wasn't much of a hump in a full side-view photo, but if you look at the 45-degree-angle photos with my head slightly turned, excluding the front-view photo below it, the hump looks visible. Unlike ordinary people who have a protruding hump on the upper part of the nasal dorsum, my side portions of the nasal dorsum protrude, so from the side it looks like there is no hump, but from angles like that it looks like there is one. So this time, both sides of that area were shaved down. It's now day 9 after surgery, and I still look exactly the same as before surgery. But when I touch the previously protruding area with my hand, I can definitely feel that the nasal bone has been shaved. So I'm trying to think it's swelling, but there is too little change in this state;;;; Usually, as each day passes, you can feel the swelling gradually going down, but for me, even as each day passes, it just looks the same as when the taping was removed;; If the swelling goes down, will the hump disappear when viewed from that 45-degree angle too? When I touch that protruding area with my hand, it feels a bit like touching a blister? I can definitely feel that the bone has been shaved, so what is this lump of flesh? I had some blood pooled too, so they drained it once;; Is it swelling? Or could it be scar tissue? Will it actually go down?
