I even tried tape that you stick behind the ears, but the effect only lasted right then and there; Drying it every day, sticking it on, and sticking it on again was hard. So after searching, I found the good news that fillers and surgery (implants) were possible:) Among the hospitals recently known for ear fillers or ear surgery, I heard Girin Plastic Surgery was one of them, so I made an appointment right away and went for a consultation. At first, because I was worried and scared, I requested a filler consultation, but considering the possibilities, after asking again about surgery following fillers, they immediately explained in detail when surgery with the doctor in charge would be possible, how much my current ears could be raised, and they also spoke very honestly and openly about the side effects I was most anxious about~ It wasn’t the consultant explaining and telling me about the surgery; the doctor personally touched and examined my ears and explained the surgery, so I trusted them right away. When I said I was worried about deformation after ear surgery because of my lifestyle habits, I think I was even more drawn to their honesty in saying I would need to make an effort and be careful, rather than just saying everything would definitely be fine. Once I made up my mind, I wanted to do it immediately, but as expected, it was a very popular hospital, so I was able to book surgery for one week later. On the day of surgery, the doctor in charge, whom I met again, explained ear surgery to me step by step once more. After the director’s design, I listened to the staff’s kind explanations and guidance, and I was able to enter the operating room quickly. The operating room was definitely nerve-racking, but maybe thanks to the skilled nurses, I adjusted quickly and was able to receive anesthesia. When I woke up about an hour later, I was in the recovery room. Fortunately, I had no pain.
Day of surgery Surgery time: 1 hour 30 minutes Discharge: 4 o’clock After going home, around 6~7 o’clock,,, ear pain started. I took the prescribed medicine, but the pain was severe, like when cartilage was removed during my previous nose surgery I had extra painkillers, so I took them, and then I was okay. Appearance-wise, my ears were standing beautifully, exactly to my liking ^^. It was so different from using tape, and my face didn’t swell at all, so my facial outline became more defined, creating the effect of making my face look smaller ^^. The dreaded bedtime came.. I’m the type who absolutely can’t sleep flat on my back, so I prepared pillows, a donut cushion, and all sorts of things... but what happened? I just raised my usual pillow a little higher and lay down, and my ears didn’t touch anything at all lol I lay straight down like that, and maybe because the first day of surgery was tiring, I slept so well~ lol On the second day after surgery, the taping was still on, so there was no~ interference with daily life at all, and I could wash my hair very carefully without letting water touch it! Nice!!! Exactly day 3! With the prescribed medicine and extra painkillers, I had no pain except on the day of surgery! On day 9, the day the stitches were removed, I didn’t have much sensation around the ears, so it didn’t hurt even 1 bit. I went a little earlier than my appointment time, but because the doctor in charge was in surgery, the wait became a bit long.. There were always a lot of people, so I knew that even if I went early, it wouldn’t end quickly lol On day 7 after surgery, I went to the hair salon, and honestly, I was really scared... It didn’t hurt, but if it was touched, there was pain ^^;; Thankfully, I mentioned it in advance, and it went fine. Until 3 weeks after surgery, if it was touched or pressed, there was slight pain, but as long as I didn’t bump into anything hard, there was no~~ discomfort in daily life at all!! The wounds behind both ears healed better on one side, while the other side lasted longer, probably because of the direction I sleep in^^?? My face didn’t actually change after surgery, but I often heard that I had lost a lot of facial fat and people asked why my face had gotten so small haha As expected, I’m so satisfied because the ears stand out when I tie my hair up. ^^❤️ Even when wearing a hat, it feels different from before, and I’m really so satisfied, so I recommend it. In the photos, the ears don’t show very much, but when people saw the photos first and then met me, they were all surprised^^ For people with protruding-flat ears, I’m really 10,000% satisfied with ear surgery and want to recommend it quickly.!!!
