I had been considering nose surgery for 10 years because my hooked nose was severe and my nasal tip was too wide, and now it’s already been 2 weeks since I finally had the surgery!! I had wanted nose surgery for a long time, so I went to many consultations, but nose surgery isn’t an easy procedure, and when it came time to actually decide, it wasn’t easy… I only had consultations and couldn’t go through with it But before this surgery, I went to about 5 consultations, and after consulting with the director and consultant at the clinic, I decided on the surgery that same day!! Director Song In-su first listened to my concerns so kindly and recommended a nose that would suit my overall facial image well, so after hearing his explanation, I think I felt I could trust him haha I also debated for a long time about whether or not to use silicone, but he explained from an aesthetic perspective that if silicone were placed in my current condition, my impression might become too strong and the nose too high, so I had it done without an implant!! So I had implant-free nasal tip surgery, hooked-nose correction, and alar lift. I think it matched really well with my preference for a somewhat natural yet high nose! On the day of surgery, honestly, because of the anesthesia, I was out of it and don’t remember well.. Because of the autologous costal cartilage, I had general anesthesia, and I just took a few breaths, fell asleep, and when I woke up, the surgery was over haha Honestly, I was also really scared of general anesthesia, but I felt reassured because there were anesthesiology specialists there. On days 1–2 after surgery, it was hard because I couldn’t breathe well due to the cotton packing, but as the director said, from the evening of day 1, the pain at least decreased a lot, and the grogginess from the anesthesia cleared up too, so I think it was bearable. The director even called me personally. He checked my condition and told me how to manage it, so that was really nice! During the first week, I tried as much as possible not to sleep lying flat and to sleep with my head elevated even a little. I’m the type who doesn’t swell or bruise much, so from day 5, it was almost only in the lower area! I think I made sure to do an ice pack for about 20 minutes a day! They say swelling and bruising differ depending on the surgeon, and I really think he performed the surgery very carefully. I still do have some swelling, but as of now, I’m very satisfied. Since my nose changed, my overall vibe changed, so I think I look much better than before. My family and friends all say it was such a good decision haha From now on, I’m going to manage it well so the nasal tip doesn’t drop! For under-eye fat repositioning, honestly, there are almost no side effects and it’s a very simple procedure, so compared with nose surgery, I think I did it without much worry! Director Song In-su specializes in nose and eyes, so I had it done by the same director. When I smiled, the fat under my eyes looked thick and uneven, but I think that part has improved a lot! It doesn’t show, and I feel like I became prettier more easily than I expected haha I think there was only a little swelling on the first day, but maybe because I had it together with nose surgery, the swelling didn’t look very noticeable! After about 5 days, I had a slight yellow bruise, but after applying a little bruise cream, it seemed to disappear in just 3–4 days. I’m happy because the dark-looking under-eye area caused by the uneven fat seems to have improved~~
