I had all the stitches removed today, and silicone with septal cartilage was used. It has been one week. I was picking my nose a little with a cotton swab, and on the left side it goes in smoothly, but in the right nostril, when the cotton swab goes in about halfway, something is sticking out.......there is a slope. It doesn't really hurt when I press it either. What could it be??? What could it be???? I'm thinking all sorts of things by myself, could it be because they carved out the septal cartilage? I would be grateful if anyone who knows could answer.
