I definitely had surgery where they shaved down the nasal hump and lifted the nasal tip a bit? I did it naturally without an implant, and I only had osteotomy on one side. I heard that if you do both sides, side effects or something like perforation can happen, so anyway, it's been over 3 years and almost 4 years now. There is still a bit of the hump left. I had the surgery after hearing that some could remain, and I actually like it because it looks natural. Other people even said they had forgotten I had surgery! Anyway, I'm satisfied. Even if I went back, I would do it again.
