After nose surgery, I developed nostril asymmetry due to a deviated septum, so I ended up having revision surgery. Honestly, at that time I kept thinking why I had touched my nose in the first place.. I felt intense regret and was under tremendous stress. So I went to consultations only at hospitals known for revision surgery, and decided to have surgery at a revision hospital that handles a lot of problematic cases(?). My top priority was improving the complication, and I researched a lot so that the problems could be resolved as well as possible, without getting greedy about the shape Even researching was honestly so hard... After taking a CT, they adjusted the deviated septum, crooked columella, and nostril asymmetry, and I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. I think it would have been hard if I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage when it was hot. I really hope you look into nose surgery carefully and proceed cautiously.
