I’m thinking about removal 3 months after rhinoplasty. I have questions.

I had an L-shaped silicone implant and temporalis fascia put in the nasal tip. My face is small, my nose was small too, roundish, and I had a cute-looking face. I'm also in my mid-20s, and at bars or when buying cigarettes, I almost always got ID checked. I was someone who took pride in looking very young, and I asked them to operate only very slightly, keeping it as it was, but my impression has changed a lot. My previously short nose became longer, and the columella that used to be a little roundish seems to have been raised as much as possible, so there is no flesh on the columella, and when I touch it, it feels straight. The silicone has shifted to the right, and the glabella is too high. All the tears I would have shed in my lifetime, I cried them all over these 3 months. Because I hated the surgery so much, I considered just living like this, but every time I look in the mirror, I feel so upset. My weight was 48 kg, but in 3 months I lost 5 kg and became 43 kg. What changed over these 3 months is only my changed impression and image, thin-looking abs, scar tissue in my left nostril, all the tears I shed, a loss of several million won, and mental stress. I thought there would be almost no difference, but for 3 months I couldn't meet anyone, couldn't do anything, couldn't go out, and lived crying every day. Still, what I'm thankful for is that I can understand more deeply than anyone the feelings of people who struggle after surgery, that even though it was an experience I didn't have to go through, I have had this experience, and that I am getting through this difficult time now. I'm thinking of removing the nasal silicone. Rather than live with this nose, I want to live with my old nose, as a cute baby-faced person. For those who have had nasal silicone removed, I have so many questions. Some people say that if I remove it completely, I'll regret it 100%, and others say their nose became higher than their old nose, so here are my questions. If I remove it 3 months after surgery, 1. How much can it return to my old nose? 2. Should I remove only the silicone, or should I remove the temporalis fascia too? (Some say the temporalis fascia is thin so it doesn't need to be removed.) 3. How long does nasal silicone removal surgery take? 4. How many days after removal are the nasal stitches taken out? 5. Do you come in for treatment inside the nose? 6. Do they give medication? 7. After nasal silicone removal, do they apply tape? 8. Do they use sleep anesthesia the same way as during surgery? 9. Will the hospital where I had it done remove it properly and well? 10. Will my old image come back? 11. How much swelling and bruising is there? 12. Since an L-shaped silicone implant was inserted, my nasal tip is also very hard. Will my nose become soft like before? I desperately need the valuable answers of everyone who has removed silicone.
