I’m finally getting surgery I have a lot of jaw on both sides and a lot of muscle too.. so I had muscle removal done together. OMG At first, after surgery, when I had the compression band on and all that... it was hard. They said it’s good to start moving around little by little. So a few days after surgery, I went for walks and worked hard on warm/cold compresses too. I even diligently ate pumpkin, which I hate.. My mom went through a lot. Sigh,.. The last photo is one I took yesterday. ... I didn’t know whether the surgery turned out well... or whether swelling was still left... so when I went to the hospital, I asked.. Thankfully, they said it was still swelling. I believe it’ll go down more after a little while lol
