2 weeks after revision surgery~

Up to the second photo at the top is before surgery~ If you look at the side view too, the upper part was protruding more, and the nipples were pointing downward The shape was capsular contracture, with one side sitting higher too~ From the third photo onward is after revision surgery~ The wounds near the armpit area and below the inframammary fold are scratches from me scratching~ My upper body has a really small rib cage, no flesh, and my original breasts were completely flat~ So I worried a lot that if I went too big, it would look too unnatural and obvious. Eight years ago, when I was an immature 20-year-old who knew nothing and had just turned 20, I wanted the surgery so badly that I had saline implants through a transaxillary incision~ But because of the shape, feel, size, and so on, I decided on revision surgery~ I asked around and searched everything online while looking for a hospital that was good at it~ I looked into lots of places, and the hospitals I actually visited alone were 6~ But everyone recommended an areolar incision or inframammary fold incision~ I’d seen someone around me who had it done through the areola, and the scar was visible, so I decided I wouldn’t do it unless it was through the armpit~ Among them, when I narrowed it down to places that would do it through the armpit, exactly 2 places came up~ At one of them, the director was so unfriendly~ I came from out of town without sleeping because I was set on that hospital and went for a consultation, but did we consult for 1 minute?? Honestly, I was so dumbfounded If I said the name, everyone would probably know it~ I saw it a lot on this site too~ I had some contracture in my left breast~ After seeing that, he said a double-bubble deformity could occur, then told me, “200~ if you put in a lot, 215~,” and then just whooshed out~ It was truly absurd Anyway, after that happened, I decided to do it at the place I’d been drawn to from the beginning~ I made the surgery date, didn’t eat anything the day before, removed my manicure, and went by 10 a.m.~ The surgery was at 11 a.m.~ After I got there, I discussed things with the director one more time before surgery, and then he started drawing all over my body with a marker~ We decided to put in 275 with the Smooth type, and then off to the operating room ㄱㄱ~ I was extremely nervous. Then the anesthesiologist came in, and when I woke up, I was in the recovery room~ I was wrapped tightly in bandages, wearing a compression bra~ with drains in~ For me, it hurt much less than the first surgery~ I could get up by myself and go to the bathroom by myself too~ It really strangely didn’t hurt~ It was bearable~ I was hospitalized for one day, discharged the next day, and after a week the hospital removed all the bandages~ I thought I was going to die from the itching I kept scratching~ Then it got red and wounded Anyway, they removed even all the tape that had been attached to my breasts, and I saw the breast shape for the first time~^^ Oh, before that, they said the saline implants had been 180cc Strangely, I didn’t have any bruising at all~^^ The director looked and said it was very good~ The director said, “Don’t ruin my work,” But really, seeing it in person is much prettier than in the photos~ Especially the front view~^^ I went to get a massage, and the nurse said that at this level it was really good and that the feel was natural~^^ Even when I touch them myself, although it’s now been 2 weeks and 2 days since surgery, I think the feel is okay~^^ When I wear a bra, it seems to gather them together, so they look even prettier with a bra on~^^ It’s different from just looking at them~^^ Anyway, I don’t even want to imagine how I looked before I’ll try to keep up with massages well so I don’t ruin them~
