11 Days After Surgery

It has been 11 days since I had surgery through the armpit incision with 225 cc Cogel implants. My chest circumference was originally on the smaller side, and my breasts were not just small but almost nonexistent, so at first I was going to do 250 cc, but I ended up getting 225 cc placed under the muscle. To be honest, as I was getting on the operating table and then waking up from anesthesia, shaking and out of it, I suddenly felt sad and thought, did I really have to go this far... But now all I can think about is recovering well. I think the size will come out to about a full A cup.. They say you’re supposed to start massage after one week.. Is that right? But I have quite a lot of swelling in the upper part of my left breast, so I couldn’t start massage, and a few days after removing the compression bandage, the doctor said this wouldn’t do and that they would need to make a hole in the lower part of the breast to drain blood and fluid I was so scared, but thankfully they did it under sedation, so it ended well with no pain at all.. But in the end not much blood came out, and they said the tissue itself was swollen;; So I guess I have to wait until the swelling goes down. Right now, because of the swelling from my armpit to my breast area, it feels numb and dull. The pain of not being able to wash properly is worse -_-;; My armpit is currently healing, so they say I need to do arm-raising exercises, but it hurts so much that I’m just doing them little by little while watching TV. They said if I don’t do this exercise, the armpit area will all stick together, so I absolutely have to do it. It hurts just like doing the splits; I think I’m going to go to the water with friends next weekend, so I hope the swelling goes down soon.. Maybe it’s because my muscles and tissue are naturally quite firm; Oh, and I have something I’m curious about. As the scab on my armpit falls off, they say I should apply an ointment that helps new skin form. I’m curious what ointments other people use.. And is there any effective way to reduce breast swelling? Just waiting seems a bit too helpless.. I’d appreciate any information. I’ll keep posting reviews whenever I can.
