It’s day 5 after my nose surgery!

It’s been 5 days since surgery I can’t sleep, and recovery is so hard I had a slight hump, a crooked nose, a deviated septum, rhinitis, and my nasal tip was arrow-shaped. (It wasn’t just one or two things None of them were severe, just a little of each.) I had consultations at three places, thought about it for three days, and went to the plastic surgery clinic I felt drawn to. I ended up getting septoplasty / osteotomy / hump shaving / and nasal tip procedure. I was under sedation anesthesia for three hours.. After surgery, nothing was particularly difficult, but they told me to fast for eight hours, so I couldn’t eat, and breathing through my mouth was hard.. Ah! Also, maybe because of the osteotomy, I got bruising on the roof of my mouth and on the inside of my upper lip too Does this happen to others too?! On the second day, I went to the hospital and said I wanted to breathe through my nose, and they said they’d make breathing holes between the packing blocking the inside of my nose. They poked around in my nose, I suddenly spat up blood and cried a lot In the end, they removed the packing, and after hemostasis for an hour (still couldn’t breathe through my nose), I went home On the third day, they removed the splint and all the taping. Everything on my nose was removed, but I still can’t breathe through my nose They said it’s very swollen Then I asked, “You did straighten my septum, right?” and the doctor said he didn’t straighten it, but cut out the bent part. Huh??!! That’s not what I wanted And after osteotomy and aligning the bones, they said the left side, which had actually been fine, became narrower; Maybe this is why people around me told me not to do osteotomy On the fifth day, my eyes still look like Geum-ja’s eyes, and the swelling that came down from my forehead has now reached my lower jaw ㅡㅡ I’ll upload photos once the swelling goes down The doctor emphasized making it natural, and even after surgery, the nostril shape is the same (ㅇㅇ shape), so it really doesn’t look like I had surgery at all. I don’t know if I should be happy about that
