Contracture after inflammation

My current nose condition is that it has lifted so much that it has become a pig nose. One month after surgery, inflammation occurred, so I took medication, got injections, and received treatment. I thought it had healed, but then the area between my eyebrows swelled again, so I went to the clinic, and they said they did not know the clear cause. Then they said it would probably be better to remove it, and they removed the silicone that same day, leaving the ear cartilage in the nasal tip.. (I got a refund. I couldn't trust the doctor.). In the end, severe contracture occurred, and now it is completely lifted as if it has flipped upward. Of course, the tight pulling sensation is severe too. When I wake up it is less severe, but while working it pulls a little, and by evening it pulls badly... I wonder how many months I have to live like this...... I was trying to become a bit prettier, but what a disaster this is... It has been 2 weeks since removal. Now I have regained some emotional stability, so the depression is less severe, but at first it was really bad. Anyway, the doctor who operated on me says that a nose lifted due to contracture like this will come down if I massage diligently and take Rizaben, while when I asked another clinic, they said it will not come down and I need revision surgery.... I want to hear the opinions of many experienced people. Can it come back down to my original nose.. It has been about 2-3 months since the first surgery. Also, if I have revision surgery, they say I should not put silicone in again and should use autologous dermis, but I do not want to take flesh from my buttocks to raise my nasal bridge, so I am thinking of giving up on the nasal bridge. I just want to lower the lifted nasal tip... Because my nostrils are all too visible, the damage to my image is no joke.
