이이려요 They're all initials, so it's hard I don't think any overlap with mine... For places that many people go to for revision surgery and that specialize in eyes, I'd recommend Almond and Grida.
맨알 Are all these clinics run by a single director? I should add them and look into them too... I don't think I've heard that any are blacklisted!

현지세상 I don't really know about blacklisted places either, but I've heard a lot about ㅇㅎㅅ and ㅅㅅ because they're single-director clinics specializing in eyes. There are people around me who got it done there too~ If you're too torn, try getting consultations at those 4 places first.
유나옹나 Then maybe you could also go for a consultation at ㅊㅇ-ㅊㅅㅎ?? I totally understand avoiding big hospitals,, since there are so many eye clinics too... Try going to a place with good experience.
놔둘수없어 There really seem to be so many clinics that are said to be good at eyes... None overlap with mine I'm looking at ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㄴㅅㅎ, and ㅇㅁㄹ. The directors have good experience and they align the line symmetry neatly.
