I had incisional ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty 1 month ago. Even before the surgery, one eye was originally sagging But after the surgery, the line was even. But once almost all the swelling went down, the area that was originally sagging started sagging again On top of that, it's an outline crease, so it seems even more noticeable The surgical area itself has an even line (if I lift the skin a bit), but because the skin is sagging, it looks uneven It also feels like one side is sagging more. The photo is a bit dark and small... Since one side is sagging more, do I need revision surgery?
