I had the pins removed as soon as it had been 1 year since surgery. At the time, I visited two places for pin removal: the hospital where I had facial contouring surgery and another facial contouring clinic. The reasons I chose the other clinic were: 1. Sedation anesthesia 2. Affordable cost 3. A hospital specializing in pin removal 4. Kind staff 5. The director’s credentials 6. A one-doctor clinic They were removed very cleanly.
