Busan rhinoplasty consultation review..!

I went to ㄷㅍㅇㅅ, ㅅㅍ, and ㅇㅇㅇㅋ in Busan (My nose has a hump + a blunt nasal tip + slight drooping, and honestly I was only planning to smooth out the hump!! But I didn’t realize that if I only did that, my nose would look lower overall, sob) -> I added a photo! 1. ㄷㅍㅇㅅ I only had a consultation with the consultant, and since there are several directors too, I don’t think I’ll go there The consultant did give a really good consultation. I think I’d get things like fillers done here ^^! 2. ㅅㅍ Here... I had 2 consultations. Both times I consulted with the director, and they really kindly explained everything one by one. They mentioned hump reduction + nasal tip surgery + lengthening + cartilage tying, but said my nasal bridge isn’t one that needs silicone, so they would raise the nasal tip using ear cartilage or septal cartilage (no donated costal cartilage either). I’m actually really sensitive about increasing my nose height   I said I’m not greedy about nose height and honestly just fixing the hump would be enough, and I’m really scared of side effects, so they also removed the lengthening, and said it is possible to do only the hump. But... aesthetically, they said if I only do the hump, my nose will look lower overall and the nasal tip will look even blunter, so if I do surgery, they recommended doing the nasal tip too… I emphasized that I wanted minimal surgery and minimal risk, and the doctor adjusted accordingly. 3. ㅇㅇㅇㅋ Here, hmm, I had the consultation with the director first. Uh, but I got the feeling that they didn’t seem interested in listening to what I had to say..? Maybe it was because they were busy It seemed like the director has a particular aesthetic they pursue!? Still, they have a long career, so I did trust them the most!! I had a short consultation with the director, and here they said they would proceed with hump reduction + tissue removal + cartilage tying + raising the nasal tip (using ear cartilage and septal cartilage). I also had a consultation with the consultant, and the consultant here seemed really, really good! They clearly told me what couldn’t be done and gave a very thorough consultation! But when I asked here whether I couldn’t just do the hump, they firmly said they couldn’t do only that They said if I’m going to do it, the nasal tip absolutely has to be raised too, because the nose would look lower overall, so they said hump + nasal tip is the minimum surgery..! I’m really so torn between ㅅㅍ and ㅇㅇㅇㅋ…. I think the place that would reflect my needs the most is ㅅㅍ, but is there anyone here who has had their nose done at ㅅㅍ!!!??? If anyone has done it at ㅇㅇㅇㅋ too, I’d appreciate it if you could tell me how it was!!..!!
