The doctor was really unfriendly and seemed like they were stuck in a rut. The consultation manager was Ms. Gans, and she was really kind.. The hospital felt a bit old? But the operating room was clean. Still, I developed scar tissue after my alar reduction, so while I’m satisfied that it got smaller, if I were to do it again, I don’t think I’d do it here. It was too expensive
