I developed inflammation 2 months after my previous surgery, so I had the silicone removed, and left only septal cartilage and ear cartilage in the nasal tip. But really, only the nasal tip is insanely long, high, blunt, and bulky, and as of today it has been 1 month since I had it redone. Contracture is also coming on badly. There is still a lot of swelling, but I can’t live with this nose shape. So tomorrow I’m planning to ask them to remove everything, but I’m scared because people say so many different things If I remove everything from the nasal tip, will the nose become lower and will the lengthened part also become shorter? Also, will it be very blunt and bulky, like a bulbous nose,, Ah, and there seems to be some capsule remaining on the nasal bridge, so even though I removed the silicone, it still feels quite high. I’m not sure if it’s swelling. If I remove the nasal tip material again in this state, will my nose really be ruined,,
