The director came out right after the surgery ended, so he seemed tired. Since this place focuses on nostril reduction, he recommended nostril reduction, which other hospitals had not suggested. (At other places, they said my nostrils were already small, so reducing them might actually make breathing uncomfortable.) Because the consultation was short, there isn't much else I remember.
