The staff was just so-so. I had heard that the doctor would do the consultation in a rushed, careless way, so I wasn’t expecting much, but they were quite kind and answered my questions well. Make sure to remember the questions you want to ask in advance. They didn’t explain clearly whether the inner and outer incisions might leave scars or not, so I’m deliberation about whether to go ahead with the surgery or not.
