[@오리루랑캐] Yes the crooked part got corrected for me.. I asked simply. If there wasn’t a functional problem, I didn’t want revision surgery.. I thought maybe you might be similar, so I asked whether living in this state would cause problems, and whether I could just leave it alone < I got a definite answer about that at ENT, and in my case they said it would be a problem if I stayed like this, so I looked into revision surgery You should also get that clarified at ENT.. and if the septum is the problem, confirm whether there’s a way to resolve it, then visit reconstruction and removal hospitals.. If many places say it can’t be corrected, that may probably be right.. Also, costal cartilage usually isn’t used on the nasal bridge, only on the nasal tip.. The nasal tip may be harder than now, but in my case, I had my primary, revision, and third surgery all only with donated costal cartilage. During the primary and revision, the foreign-body sensation was severe, but during the third surgery it wasn’t that severe. If you don’t make it too high and do it moderately, I think the hardness is a bit less too Of course it’s much firmer than a natural nose... I don’t really recommend plastic surgery clinics run by ENT specialists, but go once or twice just for consultations.. I don’t recommend the surgery itself Mine was completely ruined by an ENT specialist.. It’s better to take your time, visit many hospitals, and collect only the opinions they have in common..

[@오리루랑캐] Yes, I went to two ENT clinics I thought a regular neighborhood ENT would tell me honestly, so I went to the place I often went to for rhinitis and another near my workplace.. Mine wasn’t rhinitis or bone-related like yours. The crookedness itself was because it had been made too high, so the skin tension couldn’t withstand it and the nasal tip collapsed. Personally, I thought maybe there wasn’t any problem other than it just looking awful.. But they said that even though it had collapsed, it was still high, so the skin was gradually getting thinner, and if I left it like that, the skin would keep thinning, blood flow wouldn’t reach it, and eventually it could progress to inflammation or necrosis Fuck.. I had silicone in the nasal bridge and donated costal cartilage in the nasal tip. Costal cartilage isn’t used in the nasal bridge unless there’s inflammatory contracture, because if warping happens it bends.. The quack took my septal cartilage, took cartilage from both ears, and even used donated costal cartilageㅡㅡ Fortunately it doesn’t seem like excessive septal harvest, but the bone/cartilage inside the columella is a bit crooked.. I’m not sure how it’ll be long term. Since you have five places, go to those first and then think again... If it were me, I’d go to a few primary-surgery hospitals, hear their opinions, then go to hospitals that do a lot of revision and reconstruction, and also go to one or two plastic surgery clinics run by ENT specialists
