Today is day 7. (Top is before, bottom is after) I had the hump shaved down, silicone inserted, and septal cartilage used. I told them I really, really hated a high glabella and begged them to please keep it low, but I think it came out too high. What do you think? The glabella is high and the nasal tip is small... Anyway, I don't like the shape of my nose. If I could, I'd want to just remove the silicone, but they say then the hump area would look broad and flat, and since the nasal tip was raised a little, wouldn't that create a boundary between the bridge and the tip?
