★Please look at my revision surgery, help me sob sob sob★(photo included)

Hello It has been 10 days since my nose surgery, and now there is a big problem. My nostrils are uneven, the nose shape is crooked, and my nose is upturned. At the hospital, they said the upturned nose is swelling and told me to wait. And as for the uneven nostrils, they admitted that it was their fault. They said once the swelling goes down, they’ll make the shapes the same with surgery ㅡㅡ It’s not like I had surgery because I wanted to change the shape of my nostrils too. And about the nose shape, that director said the front part is lifted and that it won’t come down much. And when I asked if it wasn’t true that the shape had changed drastically, he said that was true too. I hate this shape so much, and I hate that my nose has become so short. Even before surgery, they focused only on how many millimeters to raise the nose, without any detailed design for my nose ㅡㅡ.. But when I looked today, my nose is crooked too. Actually, from the beginning I felt like it was crooked, and even the splint was attached crookedly. On the day I went to have the cotton removed from my nostrils, they looked at my nose again and kept grabbing it and pushing it to the side ㅡㅡ So I asked what they were doing, and they said they were trying to straighten the nose shape a bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is this I’m going today to demand a refund. And I’m planning to have revision surgery at another hospital.. I really feel wronged about why I have to undergo surgery twice. Will a refund be possible? And they say nose revision surgery can be done within 2 weeks, or after 3 months or 6 months.
